  2. Aim to eat whole foods, fruits and veggies at least 80% of the time. What you do with the 20% is none of my business 😁
  3. Your body actually needs enough sleep to function and this is a full blown topic on its own. I know it may be difficult with all the hustle and bustle, but you are actually sleeping to live.

Ensure you add in at least 7 hours of sleep time when planning your day. And no you can’t make up for it during the weekends. Key word is DAILY πŸ˜‰

  1. Exercise doesn’t only happen when you go to the gym. You can take a walk, dance to your favourite music or simple workout at home . As long as you set aside time to move your body, and release all those happy hormones- that’s all that mattersπŸ‘Œ
